Refund policy

Right to return

You have 90 days of right to return the item and get a refund. It counts from the day you receive the item. If you wish to return the item, you need to inform me about that no later than 90 days after you received the item. After this, you have another 14 days to ship the item to me.

You will have to pay for the shipping costs to return the item yourself.

If you decline to receive the package or do not pick it up in a package shop nearby (where available), I'll deduct the original shipping fee paid from the refunded amount to cover the shipping back to me.

Please note: On personalised products made-on-order there is no right to return.

Receiving a refund for returned items

Items that are returned in the same condition as when you received them, which means no stains, scratches or visible signs of use or damage - will be fully refunded.

Of course, you're welcome to unpack the item and inspect it to find out, if it's something you want to keep.

Items that have clearly been used or are damaged while they were in your possession will be indivdually inspected and valued to define a new, realistic sales value, and the loss of value will be deducted in the amount you'll be refunded.

Upon receiving your returned order, I will normally initiate the refund process within 1-2 business days.

Please be aware that if the amount is refunded to MasterCard, Visa or Visa Electron, it may take up to 30 days before you can see the money on your bank account.
