How to return an item

If you need to return your item to get a refund, rest assured that you have 90 days with right to return when shopping at puretime.dk.

If you choose to return the item, you'll have to cover the cost of returning the item yourself.

• Let me know that you're returning the product - then I know, I'll have an incoming package
   
• When I've received the product, I'll inspect it, and if it is stil in 'new' condition, I'll refund the total amount paid - mostly through the same payment option you used, when you bought the product.
   
• Please note: To have a full return the product must be 100% original, complete and unused. If there is any signs of use or damage, I am entitled to refund a smaller amount.

I always advice people to contact me before returning. Then I can make sure everything goes as smooth as possible.
