This is my way of making it clear and transparent - and the package is insured and provided with a tracking link.

Please note: Due to complex, administrative challenges, I do not deliver to Norway and United Kingdom.

You also get 90 days of right to return. This way you have plenty of time to evaluate if the clock meets your expectations. It could also be a gift for a lucky recipient - and then those 90 days may come in handy, if the recipient doesn't like the watch (that very rarely happens :).

If you order a product that is being made-to-order and personalized there is no right to return.

How long does shipping take?

If you order before 6.15 in the morning CET, I'll normally ship the same day if the item is in stock (unless it is shipped directly from the manufacturer).

I ship with one of the big couriers available in Denmark and normally the item should reach you within 6-14 working days (it really depends on where in the world you're living).

What if I want to return the item to get a refund or another item?

If you want to return and have a refund, just send me an e-mail and inform me, that you want to cancel your order.

If you want to return and order another model, then you just go ahead an order the new model in the shop, and once I have the first item back in my possession, I'll refund the money for this item.
