We reserve the right to delay due to illness, unforeseen circumstances, high demand, or peak periods.

Note: It may happen that I send your order in a used cardboard box - perhaps with logos, tape, labels, or names from other companies. I do this because I believe it's a shame to use cardboard boxes only once and then throw them away.
Naturally, I only use durable and sound recycled boxes.

Returns

You have a 90-day return policy, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Note: If you hang the hook on plasterboard walls or similar porous walls, you will need special wall plugs to achieve the same load capacity.
