Awake Watches - Bio:Lab white - special edition

Through a previous collaboration with Awake Watches, I got hold of a small remaining batch of models that have been discontinued. They were originally bought as me as a private buyer. Due to a financial regulation this product is sold with a special VAT-regulation with "second-hand VAT" - which only has any relevance in case you are a business customer :)

Here is a nice wristwatch from Awake, which has set out to create watches from as environmentally friendly materials and recycling as possible.

Bio:Lab is 42 mm in diameter and powered by a Seiko solar cell. That is you never have to change the battery - just make sure you wear your watch when it's bright and preferably sunny.

On a full 'charge' the watch runs for up to 3 months. 4 hours in the sun, then it's charged up.

Both watch case and strap are made of recycled plastic and therefore feel extremely light and comfortable to wear.

The strap has a smart velcro function, so it can sit perfectly on the arm.

The hands are luminous.

A smart luggage roof is included and it is delivered in a nice box (also made from recycled materials, of course).

The model has been discontinued and was made in limited numbers.

The original price of the watch before it was discontinued was approx. DKK 1,300.
