Delivery is free on all orders over DKK 750.
Otherwise, delivery costs from DKK 49.
For each item, the expected delivery time is stated.
Reservations are made for illness, delays, busy periods, and peak seasons.
Note: It may happen that I send your order in a used cardboard box - perhaps with logos, tape, labels, or names from other companies. I do this because I think it's a shame to use cardboard boxes only once and then throw them away.
Naturally, I only send in durable and secure recycled boxes.
Returns
You have a 90-day right of return, and you are responsible for the costs of returning the item.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, you can buy a GLS return label via the return portal. Here you can also see prices for purchasing a return label.
Please note that there is no right of return/cancellation for custom-made items.
You have the option of ordering a color sample if you are unsure whether to order a product in untreated, light or dark oiled oak.
The color sample applies to all in-house produced products and therefore not the Hjort hooks or balance boards from Gakker.
The color samples measure 3 x 3 cm and are 1 cm thick and are available either as:
- Lightly oiled / untreated (front/back)
- Dark oiled / untreated (front/back)
The color sample itself costs DKK 0.
You only have to pay the shipping.
Note: Wood is organic and absorbs oil in different ways, so there may be deviations in the final product in terms of color saturation, shade and structure of the wood.
A maximum of 2 color samples can be ordered per customer.
