We reserve the right to account for illness, delays, busy periods, and peak seasons.
Please note: It may happen that I send your order in a used cardboard box - perhaps with logos, tape, labels, or names from other companies. I do this because I think it's a shame to only use cardboard boxes once and then throw them away.
Naturally, I only send in durable and secure recycled boxes.
Returns
You have a 90-day return policy, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, you can buy a GLS return label via the returns portal. Here you can also see prices for purchasing a return label.
Please note that there is no right of return/cancellation for custom-made items.
Height charts come in many shapes and colors. Here you get a delicious, Danish-designed and Danish-produced height chart cut out of 3 mm birch veneer in the shape of a rabbit.
The sweet expression and the many small elements will be a source of experience and inspiration for the child - and at the same time, the simple design is deliciously made and fits perfectly into the modern children's room.
Wondering where the fine prints of paws come from?
The production time is approximately 5-8 working days. Additional shipping time varies a lot from country to country - from around 5 - 14 working days.
The wood is from sustainable and certified forest areas with replanting.
The manufacturer recommends mounting the height chart with nano-tape. The chart is delivered in two parts, which are put together like a puzzle - even there the details have been thought of :)
Nano-tape is a smart type of double-sided tape (typically transparent) that you can buy in many hardware stores and the like.
The nano tape has the advantage that it is both durable, reusable and does not leave marks when it is removed.
It is recommended that nano-tape be installed in several places at the back - especially at the joints and at the extreme points of the height chart.
Note: As this item is specially made for you, there is unfortunately no right of return. At the same time, I reserve the right to withdraw the money when the manufacture of the height chart starts.
