Delivery is free on all orders over DKK 750.
Otherwise, delivery costs from DKK 49.

The expected delivery time for each item is stated on the product page.

We reserve the right for illness, delays, busy periods, and peak seasons.

Please note: It may happen that I send your order in a used cardboard box - perhaps with logos, tape, labels, or names from other companies. I do this because I think it's a shame to use cardboard boxes only once and then throw them away.
Naturally, I only send in durable and safe recycled boxes.

Returns

You have a 90-day return policy, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, you can buy a GLS return label via the return portal. Here you can also see prices for purchasing a return label.

Please note that there is no right of return/cancellation for custom-made items.
