Delivery
Delivery is free on all orders over 750 kroner.
Otherwise, delivery costs from 49 kroner.
Each item indicates when the item is expected to be shipped.
If there are different delivery times for items in an order, the order will be sent together when all items are ready to be shipped.
Delivery time is normally 2-4 business days from dispatch, however, it may vary if there is a busy schedule, illness, holiday or during peak periods such as Black Friday, Singles Day, etc., and it also varies depending on the chosen freight forwarder.
Goods shipped directly from the supplier are marked with a different delivery time, which is typically longer.
Note: I may ship your order in a used cardboard box - perhaps with logos, tape, labels or names from other companies. I do this because I think it's a shame to only use cardboard boxes once and then throw them away.
Of course, I only ship in durable and safe recyclable boxes.
Return
You have a 90-day right of return, and you will bear the costs of return yourself.
If you want to cancel your purchase, you can purchase a GLS return label via the returns portal . Here you can also see prices for purchasing a return label.
Please note that there is no right of return/cancellation on custom-made items.

A lovely and practical hook, offering both a stylish and warm, organic design, and two hooks for hanging.
The hook fits perfectly in the hallway, utility room, kitchen, bathroom, or wherever else you need to hang items.
The hook is made of solid oak, and this version of the Raitis hook is untreated, so you can either use it "raw" as it is, or treat it yourself.
The screws are hidden, so you can enjoy the hook as it is - and both screw and rawlplug are included.
The hooks have a very fine finish and have been tested to support 5 kg.
You can also get Raitis in a light, oiled version and a dark, oiled version.
Remember - you can also get a quantity discount by buying several different wooden hooks. Choose freely from all hooks in the shop.
NOTE: The item is sent directly from the carpenter in Latvia with Postnord, GLS or FedEx and delivered directly to your door (if possible).
If you also order items from my own warehouse in the same order, these will be sent to the nearest GLS or dao parcel shop.
Note: If you hang the hook on plaster walls and similar porous walls, you must use special rawlplugs to achieve the same load capacity.
