In short, pith rays are growth cells that typically grow in oak, and which run radially from the center of the trunk (the pith) and vertically outwards towards the bark side.

They are characterized by their bright and patterned appearance, which is particularly evident after the oak has been sanded and oiled.

When it comes to acquiring a wall clock, there are many options. One of the classics is to go for a wall clock with numbers. Wall clocks with numbers have the great advantage that they are often very easy to read the time on. Of course, there is a big difference in how the numbers are written, but as a starting point, a wall clock with numbers is a 'practical clock', where you can easily see what the time is.

As something very new I also offer wall clocks with engraving. You choose the text yourself (up to 100 characters) and you also choose one of the available fonts together with where you want the engraving to be - and then my woodworker will take care of the rest.
